Adult and Family Services
Helping people of all lifestyles confidently face the challenges they may experience in adulthood.
JFCS' Counseling and Care Management Services are committed to enriching the quality of life for Jewish individuals and families, under age 65, who are experiencing crisis, by promoting the highest level of self-sufficiency and stabilization. Whether one faces an unexpected financial crisis, a violent domestic situation, problems at work, or living with a developmental disability, JFCS provides support, compassion, and solutions. Through the expertise of JFCS Care Managers, individuals and families are able to develop a plan to prevent and/or address serious and complex human needs such as: food, shelter, medical needs, and safety.
JFCS links individuals with the most appropriate service or crisis management solution, whether it is one of its own programs, or a referral to another agency.
