Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Philadelphia wants all members of our community to live, work and enjoy life and all it has to offer. To that end we help individuals become engaged within the community and guide them to the networks that can be the most meaningful in their lives. We are also here in times of transition and loss, with programs and services that can help you get back on your feet emotionally and physically.

Our Services

For adults in the community who are going through a difficult time, JFCS offers a full spectrum of care management services including:

  • Assessment of needs
  • Development of daily living and transition plans
  • Connection to programs and help accessing appropriate resources
  • On-going support and implementation of plan
  • Follow-up, reassessment and connection to supportive networks

 

Our Clients
