Financial Stability
A financial burden can be overwhelming; we can help
The loss of a job. A devastating illness. Or a marriage that’s dissolving. Unforeseen setbacks, accumulating debt or an abrupt change in circumstances can cause financial crisis in a household, and the burden can become overwhelming.
Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Greater Philadelphia understands and works across all demographics to help those who have fallen on hard times. Our goal is to provide community members with a safety net and a plan that will help them attain financial stability. We believe that by providing the proper tools we can empower people and give them the expertise and the confidence to become self-sufficient.
Whether you’re looking for advice or access to assistance programs, we’re here to work with you. When appropriate we help clients connect to programs such as LIHEAP, and can suggest programs for energy savings, free tax preparation and food assistance.
